The BIO_MAX_PAGES macro is being retired in favor of a bio_max_segs() function that implements the typical MIN(x,y) logic used throughout the kernel for bounding the allocation, and also the new implementation is intended to be signed-safe (which the former was not). OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.

Supported Kernels
- The
METAfile contains the officially recognized supported Linux kernel versions. - Supported FreeBSD versions are any supported branches and releases starting from 12.2-RELEASE.
