Packaging improvements for RHEL and SLES (part 2)

- Allow checking for exported symbols in both Module.symvers
  and Module.symvers.  My stock SLES kernel ships an objects
  directory with Module.symvers, yet produces a Module.symvers
  in the local build directory.
