Introduce support for Mandatory Access Control and extensible
kernel access control. When decompressing data from one mbuf into another mbuf, preserve the mbuf label by copying it to the new mbuf. Obtained from: TrustedBSD Project Sponsored by: DARPA, NAI Labs
