Wrap array accesses in macros, which also happen to be lvalues:

ifnet_addrs[i - 1]  -> ifaddr_byindex(i)
        ifindex2ifnet[i]    -> ifnet_byindex(i)

This is intended to ease the conversion to SMPng.
