bpf: Zero pad bytes preceding BPF headers
BPF headers are word-aligned when copied into the store buffer. Ensure that pad bytes following the preceding packet are cleared. Reported by: KMSAN MFC after: 1 week Sponsored by: The FreeBSD Foundation
