Update and desolarization of zdb(8) and zstreamdump(1) manual pages:

- synchronized to match new vendor code [1]
- removed ATTRIBUTES sections
- updated SEE ALSO sections
- properly updated copyright information (required by CDDL)
- remove empty lines via MANFILTER
