Remove ssc(4), su(4) and uk(4).

These have been surpassed by CAM/xpt/pass/camcontrol(8) and libcam.

.Sh NAME
.Nm ssc
.Nd The `super scsi' driver
.Sh SYNOPSIS
.Cd "pseudo-device ssc"
.Sh DESCRIPTION
The
.Nm
driver provides an access point into the SCSI driver code that can
be used when no SCSI devices have previously been detected. This
is useful for systems that contain only external SCSI devices that
may be powered off at boot time.
.Pp
The
.Sq scsi user ,
or
.Xr su 4
pseudo-device is used by
.Nm ssc ,
and therefore must also be configured.
.Sh KERNEL CONFIGURATION
There are no configuration parameters for the ssc pseudo-device.
.Pp
.Sh IOCTLS
The
.Nm
driver has a single
.Dv SCIOCADDR
ioctl of it's own. This ioctl must be used after opening
.Pa /dev/ssc
and before issuing any other ioctl calls:
.Bd -literal -offset indent
.Fd #include <sys/scsiio.h>
.Ft int
.Fn ioctl "int fd" "SCIOCADDR" "struct scsi_addr *data"
.Ed
.Pp
.Ar Fd
refers to the descriptor returned by
.Xr open 2 ,
and
.Ar data
must have the
.Ar scbus ,
.Ar target
and
.Ar lun
fields set as required. This ioctl may be used at will to change the
device to which subsequent ioctls affect.
.Pp
All other ioctls are passed directly to the
.Xr su 4
pseudo-device driver, using the Bus, Target and Lun that were set
with the last
.Dv SCIOCADDR
ioctl call.
.Sh FILES
.Bl -tag -width /dev/ssc -compact
.It Pa /dev/ssc
The device file used to access the
.Sq super scsi
driver.
.El
.Sh DIAGNOSTICS
If any ioctl is attempted before issuing a
.Dv SCIOCADDR
ioctl,
.Dv ENXIO
is returned. Otherwise, the ioctl is passed directly to the
.Xr su 4
driver.
.Sh SEE ALSO
.Xr open 2 ,
.Xr su 4 ,
.Xr scsi 8
.Sh HISTORY
The
.Nm
driver originally appeared in FreeBSD 2.0.5.

.Sh NAME
.Nm su
.Nd scsi user-level driver
.Sh SYNOPSIS
.Cd "pseudo-device su"
.Sh DESCRIPTION
The
.Nm su
driver provides support for a
process to address arbitrary locations on the scsi bus. Minor
numbers are mapped 1:1 to bus:target:lun. The lowest three bits being LUN
and the next three bits being TARGET. Remaining bits are the bus number.
.Pp
A scsi adapter must also be separately configured into the system
before this driver makes sense.
.Pp
.Sh KERNEL CONFIGURATION
There are no configuration parameters for the su option. It's either there
or it's not.
.Pp
.Sh IOCTLS
The
.Nm
driver has no ioctls of it's own but rather acts as a medium for the
generic
.Xr scsi 4
ioctls. These are described in
.Em sys/scsiio.h.
.Sh FILES
.Bl -tag -width /dev/su0-0-0XXXXXXXXXXX -compact
.It Pa /dev/su[0-9]-[0-7]-[0-7]
su{x}-{y}-{z} is the su device for the device at bus x, target y, lun z
.El
.Sh DIAGNOSTICS
All
.Xr scsi 4
debug ioctls work on
.Nm
devices.

.Sh NAME
.Nm uk
.Nd scsi user-level driver
.Sh SYNOPSIS
.Cd "device uk"
.Sh DESCRIPTION
The
.Nm uk
driver provides support for a
process to address devices on the scsi bus for which there is no configured
driver.
.Pp
Prior to
.Fx 2.1 ,
the first unknown device
found will be attached as
.Em uk0
and the next,
.Em uk1
etc.
Beginning in
.Fx 2.1
it is possible to specify what uk unit a device should
come on line as; refer to
.Xr scsi 4
for details on kernel configuration.
.Pp
A scsi adapter must also be separately configured into the system
before this driver makes sense.
.Pp
.Sh KERNEL CONFIGURATION
If an count is given that number of
.Nm
devices will be configured into the kernel.
.Pp
.Sh IOCTLS
The
.Nm
driver has no ioctls of it's own but rather acts as a medium for the
generic
.Xr scsi 4
ioctls. These are described in
