Add experimental support for Eicon.Diehl DIVA 2.0 and 2.02 ISA PnP cards.
Thanks a lot to Jakob Schripsema (sch@kpn.com) for pointing out similarities of the Eicon 2.02 to the Siemens I-surf driver !
