[iwm] Get rid of some gratuitous constant renaming wrt. Linux iwlwifi.

* IWM_UCODE_SECT_MAX -> IWM_UCODE_SECTION_MAX

* IWM_UCODE_TYPE_* -> IWM_UCODE_* (except for IWM_UCODE_TYPE_MAX which
  stays).
