Utility to "brand" ELF binaries.

Man page to come...
For now use: <brandelf -t Linux linuxbin> to brand, and just
<brandelf> to verify branding on a ELF file. FreeBSD native is
set with <brandelf -t FreeBSD freebsdbin>.
