d1e106f262 byacc: fix UBSan signed shift range error 
I've submitted this patch upstream, so apply this to contrib/ until a new
version containing this change has been released.

98e903e7a0 Import byacc from invisible island, it brings us lots of compatibilities with 
bison, keeping full compatibility with our previous yacc implementation.

Also bring the ability to create reentrant parser
