98e185d2a5 Process SPANS ARP requests even if source IP is 0.0.0.0 (or broadcast). This
can occur when talking to a Fore host which is using "bonded" interfaces.

1961e4302a Fixed printf format errors (don't assume that ntohl() returns u_long;
it returns u_int on i386's and in_addr_t (u_int32_t) on alphas).

2127f26023 Examine all occurrences of sprintf(), strcat(), and str[n]cpy()
for possible buffer overflow problems. Replaced most sprintf()'s
with snprintf(); for others cases, added terminating NUL bytes where
appropriate, replaced constants like "16" with sizeof(), etc.

These changes include several bug fixes, but most changes are for
maintainability's sake. Any instance where it wasn't "immediately
obvious" that a buffer overflow could not occur was made safer.
