8911122697 Ask user to carefully examine changes when sending an upgrade. (Actually, 
this is the main reason why we want them as diffs.)  Also, ask them to
explicitly state files that are added or deleted (lazy committers like me
often forget to "cvs add" or "cvs remove").

de33f84772 Split the "Obtaining FreeBSD" appendix into four sections, for 
CD-ROM, FTP, CTM, and CVSup.  Adjust cross-references accordingly.
Add a list of CVSup mirror sites, and reference it from the CVSup
tutorial.

Also, fix a spelling error in the porting document.

7fbb1f9df1 Update my PGP key (two new sigs). Being at it, fix up jmb's entry, 
you can't use &a.foo; inside <verb>, apparently.
