Poul-Henning Kamp	bb04461ba0	Speed kvm_mkdb up by a factor 5 or thereabout. Rewrote all the fseek/fread ... nonsense to use a mmap'ed file instead and told the DB/hash what we are up to. dev_mkdb could maybe benefit from the same treatment.	1995-01-10 18:37:12 +00:00
Garrett Wollman	4be4929c2b	Get rid of _PATH_UNIX completely; use getbootfile(3) instead. ... DANGER WILL ROBINSON! _PATH_UNIX is currently defined as the literal string "don't use this".
