Renumber copyright clause 4
...
Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted
them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same
numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point.

Have the man page catch up with the namespace pollution cleanup that

occurred between 2001-2003. Thanks to bde for the history lesson[1]
concerning sys/types.h and the many system calls that at one time
(pre-2001) were required by POSIX to include it.

Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$

This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!)
avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so long.
Boy, I'm glad we're not using sup anymore. This update would have been
insane otherwise.
