f9e6ae88ca Sigh. Ok, now that these have been uncovered by fixing the Makefile, 
make them work! :-)  Just include ${X11BASE}/include in the CFLAGS, basically.

1b42fe9258 Add datfiles to SUBDIR for obj target too. "make install" wrote to the 
source directory and failed when the source directory was nfs mounted.
This was fixed in 1.1.5.  Sigh.

554eb505f8 Bring in the 4.4 Lite games directory, modulo man page changes and segregation 
of the x11 based games.  I'm not going to tag the originals with bsd_44_lite
and do this in two stages since it's just not worth it for this collection,
and I've got directory renames to deal with that way.  Bleah.
