979d76c948 Remove STARTUP_PAGETABLE_ADDR from the ARM configs and replace it with 
memory at the end of the kernel.

This helps reduce the SoC and board specific configuration required.

	- ARMv6 and ARMv7 architecture support
	- ARM SMP support
	- VFP/Neon support

381a19cce0 Add support for Cavium Econa CNS11XX ARM boards. These boards were 
previously know by StarSemi STR9104.

Tested by the submitter on an Emprex NSD-100 board.
