John Baldwin 15096da3f4 Don't reference sem(4) from the POSIX semaphore pages. POSIX semaphores
were reimplemented using umtx in FreeBSD 9 and no longer use sem(4).

is somewhat ambiguous in its wording with regard to

but this behavior is conformant, given the wording of the specification.
