the PCIOCGETCONF, PCIOCREAD and PCIOCWRITE IOCTLs, which was broken with the introduction of PCI domain support. As the size of struct pci_conf_io wasn't changed with that commit, this unfortunately requires the ABI of PCIOCGETCONF to be broken again in order to be able to provide backwards compatibility to the old version of that IOCTL.
