Thomas Moestl 416c84a212 Return 1 from pmap_protect_tte() instead of 0. When used with ... tsb_foreach(), 0 signals to terminate the tsb traversal, so when tsb_foreach() was used in pmap_protect() (which only happens when the area to be protected is larger than PMAP_TSB_THRESH = 16MB), only the first tsb entry in the specified range would be protected.
