Baptiste Daroussin 4a5b420738 Remove compression support from bsdgrep ...

Compression support is now handled by an external script, remove it from the
bsdgrep(1) utility.
This removes the support for -Z -J -X and -M

Note: that it matches the changes in newer GNU grep
