freebsd with flexible iflib nic queues

Peter Wemm 51ce9de0e7 Bump default escapetime from 1 (ie: 100ms) to 3 (ie: 300ms). Hopefully ... this will make it less likely to misinterpret arrow keys as seperate keys when running over anything slower than a console.
