Konstantin Belousov 1302eea7bb Rename PROC_PDEATHSIG_SET -> PROC_PDEATHSIG_CTL and PROC_PDEATHSIG_GET
-> PROC_PDEATHSIG_STATUS for consistency with other procctl(2)
operations names.
