get_fpcontext(), and npxsetuserregs() for set_fpcontext). Also,
note that usercontext is not initialized anymore in fpstate_drop().

Systematically replace references to npxgetregs() and npxsetregs()
by npxgetuserregs() and npxsetuserregs() in comments.
