Enji Cooper 609b7b269d Add a knob, WITH*_RPCBIND_WARMSTART_SUPPORT, to allow the end-user to build rpcbind(8) with/without warmstart support. The knob defaults to off to preserve POLA for the feature. See rpcbind(8) for more details about the warmstart feature. $FreeBSD$

This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
