Ed Maste c3369741c2 Add quirk for Micron RealSSD eUSB failing on unsupported SCSI command ...

It appears this device fails if sent a SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE command, so add
quirk to avoid sending it.

I will follow up with Micron on this issue, and will adjust the quirk if
necessary based on their feedback.
