- use CROSSJUMP() and CROSSJUMP_LABEL() for conditional jumps from idle()
  into cpu_switch() and vice versa.
- moved badsw code to after cpu_switch().

Cosmetic changes:
- moved sw0 string to be immediately after its caller (badsw).
- removed unused #include.
