Gary Jennejohn 753f57aff1 Remove mmalloc since we're now using phkmalloc. This is made possible 
by the -DNO_MMALLOC flag in gdb/Makefile.

The one thing we lose by doing this, AFAIK, is the possibility of using
mmap. Does anyone use that feature at all ?
