David E. O'Brien 7885e8b5d8 Do not use "DEFAULT_VTABLE_THUNKS". The bugs that have existed since 
EGCS 1.x have not been worked out.  And with 4.0 RELEASE comming quickly
we need C++ to be stable and usable.

This directory contains machine-specific files for the GNU C compiler.
It has a subdirectory for each basic CPU type.
The only files in this directory itself
are some .h files that pertain to particular operating systems
and are used for more than one CPU type.
