- In kern_ndis.c:ndis_send_packets(), avoid dereferencing NULL pointers
  created when the driver's send routine immediately calls the txeof
  handler (which releases the packets for us anyway).
- In if_ndis.c:ndis_80211_setstate(), implement WEP support.
