freebsd with flexible iflib nic queues

Peter Wemm 953ce0c6cb Import some ChangeLogs for the parts of cvs-1.6.3 that I missed ... last time. I should have pulled these in last time as it allows easier comparison of "where we are at" relative to the current version from cyclic.com. Since this is in a 4.4BSD style tree layout, the changelogs dont exactly match the file layout, but it's close enough.		1995-12-29 00:21:26 +00:00
