Eric van Gyzen 1de11cd4e1 tcpdrop: ensure NUL termination of a string ...

strncpy did not guarantee NUL termination of the "stack" string.
Use strlcpy instead.  While I'm here, avoid unnecessary memset
and strnlen calls.
