Jake Burkholder 4d3f408cee - Added support for multiple page directory pages to pmap_pinit and ... pmap_release. - Merged pmap_release and pmap_release_free_page. When pmap_release is called only the page directory page(s) can be left in the pmap pte object, since all page table pages will have been freed by pmap_remove_pages and pmap_remove. In addition, there can only be one reference to the pmap and the page directory is wired, so the page(s) can never be busy.
