Jilles Tjoelker c5aef5377c sh: Reduce unnecessary forks with eval. The eval special builtin now runs the code with EV_EXIT if it was run with EV_EXIT itself. In particular, this eliminates one fork when a command substitution contains an eval command that ends with an external program or a subshell. This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
