Peter Wemm bb9011d0b7 Import BIND-4.9.3-beta26, replacing the older beta24. There are some important bugfixes here, but nothing earth-shattering. In particular, the Lame Delegation detection is massively sped up, meaning that a lame server can be given up on in a few seconds, rather than taking 75 seconds. This will be a big win for large mailing list machines, eg: freefall. Note: this is a remote cvs import...
