Nate Lawson d0e9cc3b3a Revert to using TABLE_ID_DSDT as the default. It looks like the dynamic ... ID allocation is not there yet. This fixes a few warnings about \_OS_ not being found and an S3 freeze for one user. Re-staticize AcpiNsRemoveReference() since it is not needed elsewhere.
