Alex Richardson 5cf6f1c4bc Remove the MK_LIBCPLUSPLUS option 
This option has been equivalent to any form of C++ support since libstdc++
was removed. Therefore, replace all MK_LIBCPLUSPLUS uses with MK_CXX.
