Konstantin Belousov de898cb960 x86 vdso gettc: reorganize ifunctions. 
Instead of providing ifuncs for each kind of fence, define ifuncs
that combine fence and invocation of RDTSC.  This refactoring makes
introduction of RDTSCP use possible.
