Matt Jacob 00bb66d73c Make clear that the DATA COMPRESSION page is a SCSI-3 entity- not a SCSI-2 ... entity. Add the Device Configuration page data structure- this structure should be used if you fail to fetch the DATA COMPRESSION page.
