Alexander Motin 3036de3c48 Reduce priority of ATA/SATA drivers.
Legacy ata(4) -> BUS_PROBE_LOW_PRIORITY;  more functional ahci(4), siis(4),
mvs(4) -> BUS_PROBE_DEFAULT;  BUS_PROBE_VENDOR leave for vendor drivers.
