Ed Maste f768ecf247 Update WITH_PROFILE description as it is yet removed GCC still wants to link against (for example) libc_p.a when -pg is in use, and it's unclear when and how this will be addressed. Change the WITH_PROFILE option description to claim that it may be removed from an unspecified future version of FreeBSD, rather than FreeBSD 14. $FreeBSD$

This directory tree contains tools used for the maintenance and
testing of FreeBSD.  There is no toplevel Makefile structure since
these tools are not meant to be built as part of the standard system,
though there may be individual Makefiles in some of the subdirs.

Please read the README files in the subdirs for further information.
