Add OFED and the associated options and drivers to x86 LINT builds: - Mark 'sdp' as requiring 'inet'. - Always include "opt_inet.h" and "opt_inet6.h" and modify the IB driver Makefiles to honor WITH/WITHOUT_INET/INET6/_SUPPORT options to determine what should be enabled during a module build. - Fix the mlxen(4) driver and the core IB code to compile without if INET is disabled (including when both INET and INET6 are disabled). Factor out mbuf hashing code from LAGG driver so that other network drivers can use it. This avoids some code duplication. Add missing default case to all switch statements while at it. Also move the hashing of the IPv6 flow field to layer 4 because the IPv6 flow field is constant on a per L4 connection basis and not on a per L3 network. Finish process of moving the LinuxKPI module into the default kernel build. - Move all files related to the LinuxKPI into sys/compat/linuxkpi and its subfolders. - Update sys/conf/files and some Makefiles to use new file locations. - Added description of COMPAT_LINUXKPI to sys/conf/NOTES which in turn adds the LinuxKPI to all LINT builds. - The LinuxKPI can be added to the kernel by setting the COMPAT_LINUXKPI option. The OFED kernel option no longer builds the LinuxKPI into the kernel. This was done to keep the build rules for the LinuxKPI in sys/conf/files simple. - Extend the LinuxKPI module to include support for USB by moving the Linux USB compat from usb.ko to linuxkpi.ko. - Bump the FreeBSD_version. - A universe kernel build has been done.
