Allow "make lint" to mostly work. Our sources are very unclean WRT

Browse Source 
lint, so this is turned off by default. Setting WANT_LINT will turn
on generation of lint libraries for /usr/libdata/lint/*.ln.

Reviewd by:	silence in -audit.
