Commit ca179c4d74f2 changed the package in which the OpenSSL
libraries and utilities are packaged.
It is recommanded for pkgbase user to do :
pkg install -f FreeBSD-openssl
before pkg upgrade otherwise some dependencies might not be met
and pkg will stop working as libssl will not be present anymore
on the system.
