Skip the vm.pmap.kernel_maps sysctl by default.
This sysctl node can generate very verbose output, so don't trigger it for sysctl -a or sysctl vm.pmap. Reviewed by: markj, kib Differential Revision: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D27504
