Made this about as (in)complete as sysctl.8.

Browse Source 
- removed references to nonexistent pathconf-related variables.
- document everything in CTL_MACHDEP(more than in sysctl.8) and
  80% of the things in CTL_KERN (same as in sysctl.8).
