Add the start of a GENERIC armv6 kernel config. This supports the Allwinner
SMP SoCs and qemu virt. Further SoCs can be supported if they support the PLATFORM, PLATFORM_SMP, and MULTIDELAY options. Tested by: manu Sponsored by: ABT Systems Ltd
