src.libnames.mk: Make libbe entry consistent with others

Perhaps using libbe.a from "${DESTDIR}${LIBDIR}" might have been the
prevailing technique at one point, but nowadays it appears to be to
preferred to spell this as "${OBJTOP}/lib" -- make it so.
