2b9c38a67a In openprom_ioctl() ensure appropriate permissions and that data isn't
NULL and doesn't point to a NULL pointer before dereferencing it. This
fixes a panic triggered by Xorg 7.3.

1909936cb9 Sync with openfirm(4) and check the return value of malloc() although
this isn't exactly necessary with M_WAITOK.

24ad8a9842 Instead of "OpenFirmware", "openfirmware", etc. use the official spelling
"Open Firmware" from IEEE 1275 and OpenFirmware.org (no pun intended).

5c95d686a1 Do a pass over all modules in the kernel and make them return EOPNOTSUPP
for unknown events.

A number of modules return EINVAL in this instance, and I have left
those alone for now and instead taught MOD_QUIESCE to accept this
as "didn't do anything".

ad925439e0 Device megapatch 4/6:
Introduce d_version field in struct cdevsw, this must always be
initialized to D_VERSION.

Flip sense of D_NOGIANT flag to D_NEEDGIANT, this involves removing
four D_NOGIANT flags and adding 145 D_NEEDGIANT flags.

f342d6c6f8 Add a solaris compatible ofw interface for third party software that
expects one to use. Only the functions used by XFree86 are actually
implemented.
