Use libsbuf instead of pulling a file in from the kernel.

Fixed a typo in ${.CURDIR} spelling, fatal on systems

without the /sys symlink pointing to the current tree.
(Revision 1.2 made it non-fatal, but anyway.)
Apply style.Makefile(5).
Fixed ``make checkdpadd''.
